Complete FS has announced the appointment of a new mortgage and loan underwriter to expand the team based at Complete’s head office on the Hamble river, near Southampton.

Helen Irving joins Complete FS with over 16 years relevant industry experience having worked for Santander, Paragon and Solent Mortgage Services.

Tony Salentino, director at the specialist lending packager, said Irving brings a “thorough knowledge” of underwriting as well as sales and marketing experience.

He said: “We are starting the new year as we mean to go on by not only providing access to a very wide range of products and services, but also making sure we have the capacity and expertise on tap at our head office to deal with enquiries quickly and professionally. Helen’s experience will be a great fit for us.”

Irving added: “In the few weeks I have been with Complete, I have been made to feel at home. I am looking forward to helping our introducers during 2014.”
