Complete FS achieves FHL first

Published on

Complete FS has become the first of Foundation Home Loans’ (FHL) partners to receive an offer on its residential mortgage range.

Working on behalf of Deborah Read of Acorn Mortgages, David Horsley who took the initial enquiry and case manager, Davinia Blackman from Complete FS, together with FHL’s onsite underwriter, were responsible for getting the offer produced.

Joela Jenvey, FHL’s regional account manager, presented champagne to Read, Horsley and Blackman to celebrate.

Phil Jay, director at Complete FS, said: “Since FHL launched its residential product range the opportunity to provide more options for our brokers at very competitive terms, has increased. We’re really pleased we achieved FHL’s first offer for Deborah at Acorn Mortgages. David and Davinia were fantastic getting it through and having an onsite underwriter from Foundation is a massive bonus.

“Packagers like Complete FS, with dedicated and knowledgeable staff and the additional advantage of a lender’s underwriter working from our premises, is a massive plus for advisers who want the best service for their clients. We were delighted to be able to demonstrate how potent that combination can be.”
