Aldermore Residential Mortgages has become the latest intermediary focused lender to join the panel of Complete FS.

Tony Salentino, director at Aldermore, said: “Aldermore has approved our agency, which at a time when lenders are having to vet suitable distribution partners more closely, we see as a powerful vindication of the systems and processes which we employ at Complete.

“We are delighted to welcome a lender, which has so effectively nailed its intermediary credentials to the mast. Aldermore complements our lender panel with a full menu of products across residential purchase and remortgage sectors as well as products for first-time buyers and a strong offering in the buy-to-let channel. Our introducers are going to enjoy using the Aldermore offering for its diversity and intermediary focus.

“I am predicting 2013 will see the arrival of more lenders as appetite improves, giving brokers more choice for their clients and Complete FS will be here to help all our introducers get the best solutions available.”

Rob Barnard, head of business development at Aldermore Residential Mortgages, said: “Complete FS has built a great track record of providing lenders with a proven distribution conduit and constantly evolving service, making this an ideal new partnership for Aldermore.

“We look forward to welcoming business from intermediaries introduced by Complete FS during 2013.”
