The ifs School of Finance is to hold regional network event on commercial valuations in Leeds on Monday, 12 July.

It will take place at the Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds, LS1 1PJ from 6.30 – 8.30pm.

The lecture will be delivered by Justin Cain, managing director at Pinders and Paul Long from Scanlans Consultant Surveyors. The speakers will discuss how the recession has impacted commercial property valuations and analyse whether the sector has passed the ‘trough’ or if there is worse to come. They will also assess how the new Government’s policies will affect valuations going forward, and outline recent market trends that commercial bankers and brokers need to be aware of.

The event is free to ifs School of Finance alumni members and is £15 for financial regulatory students and guests.
