Commercial Trust adds Hampshire Trust Bank to lender panel

Specialist buy-to-let and commercial finance broker Commercial Trust Limited has announced the addition of Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) to its lender panel.

HTB provides a range of specialist buy-to-let products, including products for portfolio landlords, student accommodation, landlords with DSS tenants, Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs), holiday lets and expats.

HTB also offers bridging and semi-commercial products.

Alex Searle, sales director at the bank, said: “HTB understands the growing complexity within landlord finance and the need for appropriate solutions.

“Our focus on service is closely aligned with Commercial Trust’s approach and we are looking forward to working together.

“The speed and quality of service that both our companies offer clients, should make a pretty unbeatable combination.”

Andrew Turner, chief executive at Commercial Trust Limited, added: “We are delighted to work with HTB. Our aim is always to deliver the best service for our clients and as wide a choice of product options as possible.

“As a specialist in landlord finance, working with lenders offering greater criteria flexibility around the more niche and complex financing issues, is vital. This is certainly an area HTB will be able to add further value.

“Finding solutions for clients, who are struggling to get the lending they want, is a very fulfilling part of our role and where swift and effective customer service can make a huge impact.”
