Collaboration aims to help maximise valuations

Published on

The ValPal Network and Loop Software have launched an integration which will reduce administration and maximise valuation opportunities for agents.

The collaboration will see The ValPal Network’s valuation tool directly integrated with Loop Software’s CRM system.

This means when an agent using both ValPal and Loop generates a valuation request, the lead goes straight into their CRM. As well as allowing them to act quickly on opportunities, this also saves time.

Agents who use Loop Software’s full functionality such as its prospecting and market intelligence systems can also benefit from being able to automatically send leads on a journey to increase the chances of conversion.

In addition, when an agent opens a lead in Loop Software’s CRM, it will provide them with all the property’s recent market data such as when it was last on the market and how long for.

“This partnership is all about providing agents with a speedy and effective way to deal with online valuation leads. By having leads delivered directly to their CRM, agents can strike at the optimum time and increase their chances of securing all-important market appraisals,” said Craig Vile, sirector of The ValPal Network.

“It also eliminates double-keying, saving agents time and helping them to avoid unnecessary and repetitive administration work.

“The functionality of Loop Software’s product is supremely impressive and its prospecting system, for example, can provide agents with a wealth of information which can help them to stand out to prospective clients.

“With partnerships like these, we’re aiming to maximise the impact of instant online valuations with no extra work for our members.”

Claire Owen, Loop founding director, added: “Collaboration is at the heart of our business, both with our own customers and with other best in class suppliers. We see partnerships and software integrations as fundamental to next generation platforms and believe that technology should displace administrative tasks to enable estate agents to focus on building trusted relationships with consumers.”

“We are delighted to offer Loop users a seamless integration with ValPal’s instant online valuation tool which, together, removes the need for manual data entry or duplication and captures every lead automatically.”
