Co-op makes rate cuts

The Co-operative Financial Services is cutting its mortgage rates by up to 0.55% tomorrow.

The new range is available to customers of both Britannia and The Co-operative Bank.

It includes a 10-year fixed rate with a rate of 5.29% and an arrangement fee of £999.

John Hughes, business leader for retail products at The Co-operative Financial Services, said: “Our mortgage range continues to offer borrowers a choice of rates and fees which means that borrowers can choose the product which best suits their needs.
