Atom Bank is a newly created bank, having just been granted its banking license, which will provide a full range of banking products, including lending, through digitally-focused mobile apps and online banking services when it launches.

On the associateship side, with the addition of two new associates – LendInvest and Architects Certificate – the CML now has a total of 76 associates.

LendInvest is a peer-to-peer lending platform for bridging finance secured on non-owner-occupied residential and commercial property.

Architects Certificate are the UK’s largest provider of professional consultants certificates for new residential property.
