CML welcomes new associate member

Council of Mortgage Lenders

The Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) has announced that BlackRock has joined as an associate.

BlackRock is an asset manager, investing on behalf of clients ranging from large institutions to individuals. It has around 120 investment teams in 30 countries.

The firm says: “Our clients come from nearly every corner of the globe. They are governments, companies, foundations and millions of individuals saving for retirement, their children’s education and a better life.”

The CML now has 122 members, a further eight members that are third party administrators, and 83 associates.
