CMC adds Pepper Homeloans to lending panel

Connect Mortgage Club (CMC) has added Pepper Homeloans to its panel of mortgage lenders.

Pepper Homeloans has been a global provider of specialist mortgages through intermediaries since 2001.

Connect now joins a select panel of limited distributors able to access its residential and buy-to-let mortgage products.

Kevin Thomson, sales director at Connect Mortgage Club, said: “We are delighted to be able to offer our network members and the wider broker community access to these excellent products. In today’s market brokers need more channels that cater for slight credit blips and case complexities at affordable rates, in order to better meet the requirements of their clients. By not following the traditional line of high street lending, Pepper Homeloans have added some much needed competition in underserved sectors of the market, providing financial options in niche areas, at competitive rates and high LTVs.

“These products will be a welcome addition to our mortgage helpdesk as they give brokers greater choice when we place their complex deals and help them get more cases completed.”

Richard Klemmer (pictured), CEO at Pepper, added: “We are committed to working with high-quality intermediaries and we are delighted to appoint Connect to our growing panel of distributors. We are naturally very pleased that more brokers can now access our products through Connect and we look forward to building a valuable strategic partnership with them.”
