Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks unveil new range

Today has seen the launch of a new range of mortgages from Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks.

There are a number of mortgages fixed for two and five years which come with a £500 cashback offer and no arrangement fees on selected products.

Examples of fee offer mortgages (with no arrangement fee) are as follows:

Five year residential fixed <85% 4.49% Yes

 

The Banks also offer a range of mortgages fixed for two or five years with an arrangement of £999 and a £500 cashback offer.

Steve Fletcher, head of Clydesdale and Yorkshire Bank Retail Network, said: “We understand that people have different needs so we have extended our range of mortgages to meet these varied demands.

“We have fixed rate mortgages for two and five years as well as a number of products with no arrangement fee. There is also the opportunity to benefit from a £500 cashback offer on selected products depending on individual requirements and circumstances.”
