Clydesdale unveils rate reductions at 85-95% LTV

Clydesdale Bank has reduced the rates on products between 85-95% loan to value (LTV).

Selected residential 85% LTV two-year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.10 percentage points.

Certain residential 90% LTV two and five-year fixes have been cut by up to 0.12 percentage points and, at 95%, a number of two and five-year fixes have been cut by up to 0.10 percentage points.

In addition, the bank’s Standard Variable Rate has moved to 4.49%, its Offset Variable Rate has moved to 4.70% and its Offset Variable Investment Housing Loan Rate has moved to 5.10%.
