Clydesdale Bank withdraws select two and five-year fixed rate mortgages

Clydesdale Bank is making a series of changes to its mortgage offering.

The lender is pulling certain fixed rates.

The following Clydesdale Bank products are affected:

Exclusive remortgage deals:

  • 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 4.60% will be withdrawn.
  • 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £1,499 fee at 4.23% will be withdrawn.

New customer products:

  • 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate with £999 fee at 4.54% will be withdrawn.
  • 80% LTV 2 Year Fixed Rate Fee Offer at 4.84% will be withdrawn.
  • 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate with £999 fee at 4.22% will be withdrawn.
  • 80% LTV 5 Year Fixed Rate Fee Offer at 4.33% will be withdrawn.

These rates will still be available to existing customers for product transfer.
