Clydesdale Bank unveils new Professional mortgage deals

Clydesdale Bank has launched new Professional range products.

The new products are as follows:

  • NEW Professional 75% LTV 2-year fixed rates starting from 6.25%.
  • NEW Professional 75% LTV 5-year fixed rates starting from 5.60%.

The bank has also made the following changes:

Exclusives:

  • £1m-£2m fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.43%, starting from 5.40%.
  • Remortgage fixed rates with £500 cashback have been increased by up to 0.50%, starting from 5.48%.

New & Existing customer products:

  • Full C&I fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.60%.
  • Interest Only fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.66%.
  • £1m+ fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.66%.
  • Professional 85-95% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.55%.
  • BTL 60-75% LTV fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.50%.
  • BTL 80% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by 0.11%.

The end dates have moved to October of the relevant year.
