Clydesdale Bank unveils new fixed rate residential mortgages

Clydesdale Bank has launched new fixed rate products today.

The new products are as follows:

New products for existing customers:

  • 65% LTV two-year fixed rate with £999 fee at 2.70%.
  • 65% LTV two-year fixed rate with no fee at 2.89%.
  • 65% LTV five-year fixed rate with £999 fee at 2.75%.
  • 65% LTV five-year fixed rate with no fee at 2.94%.

The Bank has also made these changes to the following products:

  • 75%-95% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.26 percentage points.
  • Selected buy-to-let 60%-75% LTV two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.15 percentage points.
  • Its Standard Variable Rate is now 5.24%, its Offset Variable Rate is now 5.45% and its Offset Variable Investment Housing Loan Rate is now 5.85%.
