Clydesdale Bank cuts rates and unveils remortgage exclusives

Clydesdale Bank has launched a new range of remortgage exclusive products and is also making reductions across its residential range.

The changes include:

Intermediary Exclusives

  • New 2 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with £1999 fee launched at 2.45% with free valuation incentive
  • 5 year fixed rate at 90% LTV with £1999 fee reduced from 3.19% to 2.89%

Residential

  • 2 year fixed rate at 75% LTV with no fee reduced from 1.68% to 1.50%
  • 5 year fixed rate at 75% LTV  with no fee reduced from 1.72% to 1.58%
  • 2 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with no fee  reduced from 2.23% to 2.05%
  • 5 year fixed rate at 80% LTV with £999 fee reduced from 2.05% to 1.91%
  • 2 year fixed Professional 85% LTV rate with no fee reduced from 2.45% to 2.15%
  • 2 year fixed London & South East rate at 90% LTV for loans less than £750k with £999 fee reduced from 3.42% to 3.12%
  • 5 year fixed London & South East rate at 90% LTV for loans less than £750k with £999 fee reduced from 3.66% to 3.36%
