CLS Money appoints head of operations

CLS Money has announced the appointment of Lauren Alter as its head of operations.

Alter (pictured) has over 10 years’ experience in financial services, working for firms including Countrywide and Nationwide.

With experience as a mortgage consultant and sales manager, in her new role at CLS she will support the specialist adviser, administration and protection teams, based in the firm’s newly renovated office in Rayleigh, Essex.

Alter will report to CLS Money’s founder and managing director, Clayton Shipton.

She said: “I am excited for the growth plans for CLS, to be growing in such a tough market right now, shows me what a great place CLS will be to join. Watch this space 2023.”

Shipton added: “Lauren has a long history of working in the industry and as we continue our growth plans for 2023, we needed to bring in senior management and Lauren was the perfect fit. We are looking forward to welcoming her onboard.”
