CHL Mortgages selects BEP Systems for originations platform

CHL Mortgages has partnered with BEP Systems to provide advanced solutions for its buy-to-let originations platform.

BEP Systems’ Apprivo2 platform will be used to deliver a SaaS based originations system, specifically designed for CHL Mortgages to enable effective customer and broker interaction as well as efficient and agile underwriting and credit decisioning.

CHL Mortgages recently launched its new buy-to-let product range to support its recent return to the specialist buy-to-let market.

Matt Kimber, managing director of CHL Mortgages, said: “We’ve always had a well-earned reputation for providing customers with competitive mortgage products which matched their needs, and that has remained our aim throughout our planned return to the buy-to-let sector.

“To deliver a successful proposition in the modern mortgage market, these products must be backed with the highest service standards and supported by a range of robust, effective, and innovative technology solutions.

“We have been impressed with BEP Systems and their Apprivo2 platform and look forward to establishing a strong working relationship which will provide our intermediary partners access to solutions which help meet the needs of their landlord clients swiftly and effectively.”
