CHL Mortgages recently launched its new buy-to-let product range to support its recent return to the specialist buy-to-let market.

Matt Kimber, managing director of CHL Mortgages, said: “We’ve always had a well-earned reputation for providing customers with competitive mortgage products which matched their needs, and that has remained our aim throughout our planned return to the buy-to-let sector.

“To deliver a successful proposition in the modern mortgage market, these products must be backed with the highest service standards and supported by a range of robust, effective, and innovative technology solutions.

“We have been impressed with BEP Systems and their Apprivo2 platform and look forward to establishing a strong working relationship which will provide our intermediary partners access to solutions which help meet the needs of their landlord clients swiftly and effectively.”

Chris Little (pictured), managing director of BEP Systems, added: “I’m very pleased that BEP have been chosen to provide a set of advanced solutions for CHL Mortgages to enable an exciting buy-to-let relaunch. The new fully integrated systems will help them deliver a variety of lending facilities to their brokers and clients in efficiently and quickly.

“We have customised our Apprivo2 platform for these new solutions and we believe it to be the fastest growing system in the UK serving specialist finance providers.”
