Specialist lender Charles Street has been appointed as an official patron lender of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.

The partnership sees Charles Street join the UK trade body representing commercial finance brokers, in a move aimed at strengthening its engagement with the intermediary market and supporting businesses and property investors with tailored funding solutions.

As a patron lender, Charles Street will work more closely with NACFB members, gaining greater exposure across the broker network and access to events and professional development initiatives.

The lender has more than 40 years’ lending experience and has advanced £1.5 billion to date. It operates across bridging finance and commercial mortgages, with an appetite for complex cases.

Jonathon Sally, managing director at Charles Street, said: “Becoming a patron lender reflects our commitment to building meaningful relationships and driving value through the intermediary channel.

“At Charles Street, our goal is simple: to offer clients a relationship they can bank on.

“We look forward to working closely with NACFB members to help clients access the right finance at the right time.”

Kieran Jones, head of communications & advocacy at NACFB, added: “We are delighted to welcome Charles Street as a patron lender.

“Their deep lending expertise across bridging, development finance, and commercial mortgages will add real strength to our broker network.

“We look forward to working closely with Charles Street to drive innovation, uphold high professional standards, and unlock robust finance solutions for businesses and property investors.”
