Ceta Insurance expands landlord panel

Published on

Ceta Insurance has added ERGO UK, part of the Munich Re Group, to its panel of landlord property insurance providers.

The non-standard insurance cover includes listed buildings, most tenant types, unoccupied from inception for up to five years, as well as many types of flat roof and short-term lets.

James O’Hara, commercial director for Ceta, said: “We constantly review our panel of specialist providers to ensure that we maintain the highest levels of quotability across the broadest range of risks.

“ERGO UK enables us to extend our reach into the non-standard area for landlord property insurance and is a great addition to our panel.”
