Estate and lettings agency franchisor Century 21 UK has launched a new recruitment campaign focused on attracting quality Sales Associates to its growing number of offices.

The campaign, entitled ‘21 reasons to become Century 21’, has been designed to help existing and new offices recruit Sales Associates who have a passion for property, the ability to liaise efficiently and effectively with all types of clients, and can clearly demonstrate the ability to use their own initiative.

Century 21 is suggesting ‘21 reasons’ why a sales associate role with the agency offers something different in today’s marketplace.

Rob Clifford, chief executive of Century 21 UK and group commercial director of Shepherd Direct Group, said: “Jason Donovan once sang about ‘Ten Good Reasons’ to stay with him but now Century 21 can trump that with ’21 reasons’ why the most talented, versatile and driven individuals should join one of our growing number of estate and lettings offices throughout the country.

“Our latest recruitment campaign is focused on all the benefits of working at Century 21 and we believe we can offer those who are dedicated to all things property with a complete package. For the right entrepreneurial individuals Century 21 can open the door to a highly lucrative and fulfilling career and, with our support and resources, we are also able to provide everything they would expect of a global brand.

“I would say to those looking for a new challenge within the sector, or looking to take their first steps, now is the time to contact Century 21 to see what we can offer – this new recruitment campaign is without doubt especially for you.”
