Cattles’ lenders extend facility until end of 2009

Cattles has extended its bank facility arrangements until the end of December

The embattled lender has told the stock exchange that all of its lenders have agreed to extend the £500 million facility maturity from 14 July to 31 December

It has also entered into further agreements and facility amendments with all its bank lenders and uspp noteholders.

Cattles says it remains in discussions with all of its financial creditors with a view to achieving a ‘formal standstill agreement’.
