Cattles’ auditor quits

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has resigned as the auditor of Cattles plc.

The embattled lender has announced to the Stock Exchange that the board of directors have now appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP to fill the vacancy as auditor of the company and its subsidiaries.
