PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network have added Catalyst Property Finance to their bridging lender panels.

The lender, launched in 2017, is a provider of first and second charge short-term property loans up to 80% loan to value and with rates from 0.55% per calendar month.

Stephanie Charman (pictured), specialist lending relationship manager for Sesame and PMS, said: “We are delighted that PMS and Sesame are the first mortgage club and network to partner with Catalyst Property Finance.

“Adding Catalyst to our bridging lender panel demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring we offer our advisers a comprehensive specialist lending panel, which provides quality solutions to support all their customers’ needs.”

Chris Fairfax, managing director at Catalyst Property Finance, added: “Being appointed to the lender panels of two of the largest and best known financial advice brands in the UK is an exciting step in Catalyst’s journey. We look forward to supporting PMS Mortgage Club and Sesame Network members, and building successful partnerships over the coming years.”
