Catalyst appoints new servicing manager

Catalyst, the short-term property finance lender, has announced the appointment of Sophie Rose as servicing manager.

Rose (pictured) will be working alongside and reporting into head of servicing, Amy Rickman, managing the loan book for the company and assisting borrowers with their post-completion queries.

Rose has over 12 years’ customer service experience in various roles, including being part of the first team at Liverpool Victoria to be cross trained in all departments to reach ‘one call resolution’ and, most recently, underwriting at Nationwide and Positive Lending.

Rickman said: “I am really excited to have Sophie join the Catalyst team. Sophie has previous experience in the property industry that she will be able to apply to the servicing manager role.

“Her enthusiastic attitude is a great attribute when assisting borrowers with all their post completion queries. This allows Catalyst to really focus on supporting our borrowers to ensure they never miss a good opportunity.”

Rose added: “I was drawn to Catalyst by their understanding of the little things making a big difference, their values and energy are contagious.

“I am excited to be part of such a supportive and innovative team and look forward to making an impact with my attributes, forming strong working relationships and being a part of what makes Catalyst great.”
