Castle Trust recruits new BDM for the north of England

Published on

Castle Trust has appointed Charissa Chang as a business development manager (BDM) for the north.

She joins the specialist lender from Together, where she was a business development manager covering the north west.

With over 17 years of experience, Chang also worked at Tenet Group where she built strong relationships with brokers, supporting them with their business growth and development.

Chang will be part of the lender’s growing sales team and will look to support its increasing presence across the north, spanning from the north west across to Yorkshire.

Marcus Dussard, sales director at Castle Trust, said: “The increasing demand from landlords for specialist buy-to-let investments, such as HMOs, multi-unit lets and holiday lets, is nationwide and we are growing the number of brokers we work with in the North of England.

“Charissa has fantastic knowledge, experience and contacts in the region and I’m very happy to welcome her to the team. We are looking forward to working together to help more brokers access truly flexible solutions to help their clients realise more value from property.”

Chang added: “The mortgage market is a crowded place, but Castle Trust has real stand-out as a lender that offer brokers something different. I’m really excited to have joined such a dynamic lender with a very exciting future and I look forward to introducing brokers to the benefits of working with Castle Trust and its common-sense approach to lending.”
