Lehman Brothers’ third party specialist mortgage servicer Capstone Mortgage Services is to rebrand as Acenden in the last quarter of the year.

It is being relaunched as a standalone third party mortgage administrator following a management buy-out and the Acenden brand is currently being introduced to reflect a new era of ownership, development and growth, the management team claims.

Amany Attia, CEO said: “Acenden will be the most experienced new entrant the market will ever see. We have taken the best of Capstone’s demonstrated capability in residential mortgage servicing and brought it to a new level.
