Alan Dring and his business support company, The MAD Approach, have been brought in by Capital Bridging Finance to oversee their marketing, distribution and sales plans for the next 12 months.

Dring and his wife and business partner Mel will focus on the delivery of a structured marketing and distribution strategy for the lender in its plan to build the business into one of the preferred lenders of choice in the bridging arena.

“We are really pleased to have Alan and Mel on board,” said Capital Bridging Finance principal Keith Aldridge.

“As a relatively new lender who is determined to establish our own independent, distinct brand in the market, we are keen to develop relationships with a network of quality partners who will support us in our ambitious plans.

“In return we will provide them with a lender partner who will deliver consistently, flexibly, transparently and quickly, which are the fundamental elements of our proposition.

“We believe The MAD Approach is our key to opening up discussions with such distribution partners as they have built up an excellent reputation within the industry and so far everyone has been more than willing to connect with us due to the endorsement provided by both Alan and Mel.”

Alan Dring said: “We are delighted to be involved in what is looking to be a very active market over the next few years. Whilst we will be helping Capital Bridging Finance with their aspiration to develop relevant distribution partners I believe that there is also a huge job to be done in terms of broker awareness and understanding of the product.

“To that end I will also be supporting the distributor development by providing support to the broker market to develop their awareness and comfort in this market.”
