Helen Farmer has joined Capital Advances to help service increased business levels from its London broker clients.

Farmer has over 20 years’ industry experience, including time spent as head of underwriting and a member of the credit committee for a bridging lender.

She said: “I’m delighted with the new role. It is a fantastic opportunity to join Capital Advances during such busy times, doing what I enjoy and being back in touch with some familiar faces.”

Les Daley, general manager of Capital Advances, added: “Helen’s knowledge of the bridging market and substantial underwriting experience is a real asset to us during this growth phase.

“This combined with our recent move to more spacious offices in the West End of London means we can continue to service our London broker clients above and beyond, which is key to our strategic expansion plans.”
