Capita boosts Synaptic service offering

Capita Financial Software has added a guaranteed retirement options comparison service to its Synaptic research suite.

The new research development which is now live, includes nine ‘third way’ products from six product providers, including AXA, LV=, Living Time and Met Life.

Product director at Capita Financial Software, William Watling, said: “Some of these products available in the market have been listed within research tools but have often been shoehorned into annuity or drawdown categories. The new research area within Synaptic Product Research will allow advisers to consider these unique offerings more clearly.””
