CAL to provide conveyancing service for Hunters

ULS Technology, the provider of online B2B platforms for the UK conveyancing and financial intermediary markets, has announced the launch of a conveyancing service developed by its subsidiary Conveyancing Alliance Ltd (CAL) for Hunters Estate Agents.

Under this new agreement Hunters branches will have the ability to use the CAL conveyancing platform to provide fixed conveyancing for their sellers and buyers serviced by a bespoke panel of national law firms.

Hunters was established in 1992 and now operates one of the largest national sales and lettings estate agency businesses in the United Kingdom. At 31 December 2017 the Hunters branch network stood at 213 branches, with further expansion expected.

CAL was acquired by ULS in December 2016 in order to increase market share and further penetrate the estate agent introducer market in which CAL is well established.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of CAL, said: “We are delighted to have been chosen by Hunters. They have grown their network significantly over the last four years. We understand how important customer satisfaction is to Hunters and a good quality conveyancing service can make a significant contribution.”

Martin Robinson, national sales director of Hunters, said: “We believe in providing the consumer with a transparent service and as such we are pleased to have CAL as one of our preferred suppliers for conveyancing.”
