The 75% Loan to Value (LTV) two year discount buy-to-let mortgage charges 2.74% interest.

The fees are £250 at arrangement and £999 on completion.

Carolyn Thornley-Yates, Hinckley & Rugby’s business development manager, said: “We are delighted to be working again with Buy to Let Club to offer this very attractive mortgage with a best buy rate and very competitive fees.”

Ying Tan at Buy to Let Club said: “It’s extremely exciting for Buy to Let Club to bring this headline product to market with Hinckley & Rugby.

“It offers very low fees which makes it attractive to buyers and with the rental calculation at 135 per cent at payrate means for the right client this is a deal that really works.”
