Broker loses permissions over unpaid fees

The FSA has given Carmen Murphy, trading as CMP Independent Mortgage Advisers, final notice about a decision to cancel the permission granted to her to carry on regulated activities.

This is because the Hayling Island based adviser failed to pay fees and levies of £1,351.91 owed to the FSA, despite repeated requests to do so.

The FSA wrote: “This failing
