Broker Conveyancing has added Birchall Blackburn Law to its solicitor firm panel.

The firm of solicitors and provider of legal services has offices across the North West and Broker Conveyancing brokers will deal with a dedicated team working out of its Preston office.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “We have made a number of additions to our solicitor panel in recent months and with Birchall Blackburn now joining we are providing our users with a quality, high-volume operator that has created resource specifically to service our brokers.

“As with all firms on our panel our brokers will enjoy the additional £25 bonus on each completion. It has always been our aim to develop the panel as we grow so that we offer users more choice. We are ideally placed for this as our low panel fee model makes us attractive to solicitors and conveyancers who until now have had few palatable routes to the broker market.

“As part of our ongoing development we are likely to add further to the panel in the months to come in order to ensure we provide our broker users with the best possible array of firms and pricing in the conveyancing sector, whilst maintaining a fair deal for our firms.”
