Broker Conveyancing has added Grindeys Solicitors to its solicitor panel.

The Stoke-on-Trent based conveyancing specialists join the panel with immediate effect and broker users will be able to offer their clients access to Grindeys’ services from today.

Grindeys has 10 directors and in excess of 170 employees. Recent Land Registry figures reveal Grindeys is one of the top 10 conveyancing firms in the UK based on volume of work.

Broker Conveyancing claims by adding Grindeys to the solicitor panel broker users will be gaining access to “one of the most competitively priced conveyancing operators in the country renowned for its personal service”.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “Additions to our solicitor firm panel are few and far between because we only allow operators in who adhere to the highest of standards. Our due diligence process means that solicitors must meet both the very exacting technological and business standards we, and our broker users, expect.

“I’m pleased to say that Grindeys Solicitors have passed through this process with flying colours and we believe our users are now gaining access to a firm that is not just competitively priced but also operates a particularly personal service.

“Brokers recommending Grindeys through Broker Conveyancing will benefit from the extra £25 loyalty bonus we pay on every case, as well as phenomenally competitive prices due to our low panel charges.”

Daren Churchill, director at Grindeys Solicitors, added: “Being added on to the Broker Conveyancing solicitor panel is a real coup for Grindeys given the quality of the proposition and its unique focus on the broker marketplace.

“We have had a long-standing relationship with the team behind Broker Conveyancing and have been impressed with the USPs they have to offer brokers. Our focus is always on delivering a first-class personal service at a highly competitive price and we are sure brokers who choose to recommend Grindeys through Broker Conveyancing will not be disappointed.”
