Broker Conveyancing expands panel

Broker Conveyancing has added Davisons Solicitors to its conveyancing firm panel.

Broker users will now be able to instruct Davisons Solicitors via Broker Conveyancing’s online portal for both transactional and remortgage business.

Members of the Quality Solicitors network, Birmingham-based Davisons was established in 1985 by senior partner, Gary Davison, and operates from four offices in the West Midlands. Director Mike Mitchell established the intermediary team over 12 years ago and now heads the department in Edgbaston working with Broker Conveyancing.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “Once again we are pleased to add a high-quality solicitor firm to our panel who operate a dedicated operation focused on the needs of mortgage advisers. As they are completely in tune with today’s intermediary market we believe they are a perfect addition to the Broker Conveyancing proposition. As they do with all other firms on our panel, brokers will receive a £25 bonus on all Davisons’ cases submitted through our platform.

“We have known Mike and the team at Davisons for a considerable amount of time and we are certain that our users will find them a highly competitive, focused operation dedicated to their needs and that of their clients.”

Mitchell, head of operations at Davisons Solicitors, added: “We are delighted to join the Broker Conveyancing panel. I have known Harpal for a number of years, having worked with the Conveyancing Alliance brand previously.

“This is a great opportunity for Davisons to extend our reach in the mortgage intermediary market by working with a well-established and progressive distributor.”
