Broker Conveyancing has added Advantage Property Lawyers (APL) to its panel of conveyancing firms.

APL has been added to the panel permanently following a pilot in October. Broker users will now be able to instruct Advantage Property Lawyers via Broker Conveyancing’s online portal for both transactional and remortgage business.

Advantage Property Lawyers is an independent licensed conveyancing firm ranked in the top 10 firms in the UK on volumes, according to recent Land Registry statistics. It regularly completes over 600 sale and purchase transactions each month.

Users of Broker Conveyancing who choose to instruct Advantage Property Lawyers will be dealt with by a dedicated team led by Director, Rob Lewis.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “Adding firms to our conveyancing panel is not something we do lightly and we only add those operations that fit the bill and meet the highest of standards. We are particularly pleased to say that, following a pilot period during October, we are able to bring on board Advantage Property Lawyers and our users will benefit immensely from being able to instruct them via our system.

“APL have carved out a considerable presence in the market, and have a proposition founded on the quality of its service and the ability, at the same time, to handle volume. After working together it was an easy decision to offer them a permanent place on our panel. I am sure we will forge a strong working relationship with them that can benefit all our stakeholders.”

Stephen Coupland, head of sales and marketing at Advantage Property Lawyers, added: “It is very pleasing to be officially added to the Broker Conveyancing panel and working with a business which has as strong a commitment to service and quality as we do. We have developed APL into one of the leading conveyancing firms in the country and are delighted to be working closely with Broker Conveyancing and its broker users.

“The broker market continues to develop and gain strength, and we believe we can offer them and their clients a service which they will find difficult to find elsewhere.”
