Broker Conveyancing has added Gordons Property Lawyers to its solicitor firm panel.

The Maidenhead-based solicitor firm has been added to the panel with immediate effect and broker users will be able to instruct it for remortgage business only.

Harpal Singh (pictured), managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “The inclusion of Gordons on our Broker Conveyancing solicitor panel continues our quest to provide our broker users with access to highly competitive, service-driven conveyancers who have the capacity and resources to deal with a fast-moving mortgage market.

“Gordons are remortgage conveyancing specialists and we fully believe they will be one of the go-to firms operating on our panel for this type of business, given they are leading lights in this field. We expect them to be as successful and popular on the remortgage side as our previous new addition to the panel, Birchall Blackburn, have been in the purchase market.”

He added: “Gordons have a quality offering and dedicated personnel who will provide our broker users and their clients with high quality service levels. We look forward to working together and welcome them to the Broker Conveyancing panel.”
