Broka joins NACFB as official partner

Broka, the sourcing platform for bridging and development finance, has joined the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) as an official partner.

The platform connects brokers with more than 250 approved lenders in one place, enabling them to request and compare terms more quickly.

By streamlining what has often been a fragmented and time-consuming process, Broka aims to reduce administrative work for brokers and allow them to focus on clients.

Lenders using the platform benefit from greater visibility with an active network of brokers, creating a more direct way to showcase products at the point of need.

Kristian Wilkinson, director at Broka, said: “Our mission is to bring brokers and lenders together in one platform that delivers speed, clarity and efficiency.

Partnering with the NACFB is an important milestone for us, and we’re excited to support members with technology that makes sourcing much more comprehensive.”

Jim Higginbotham, chief executive of the NACFB, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Broka aboard as an official partner of the NACFB.

“Their offering will be attractive to both our member brokers and our patron lenders operating across the bridging and development finance space.”

Broka will be introduced to the NACFB community through a launch programme using the association’s email and online channels, including its Morning Briefing and LinkedIn presence.
