Brilliant Solutions outperforms market amid record year

Brilliant Solutions has reported record figures for its mortgage club, which it says has outperformed both the wider market and the intermediary sector over the past year.

The Swansea-based mortgage club and specialist distributor confirmed that lending volumes have grown by almost one-third compared with the previous year, well ahead of national lending growth.

October marked the company’s strongest month on record, continuing a surge in activity seen throughout 2025.

Michael Craig (pictured), managing director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “Our mortgage club has seen exceptional growth this year, up 27%, significantly outpacing the wider market.

“We’ve already surpassed our total lending for the whole of last year, which is an incredible milestone and a real reflection of the strength of the relationships we’ve built across the industry.

“This success is down to the brilliant support of our broker community and lender partners, whose trust and collaboration continue to drive us forward.

“I also want to give huge thanks to our outstanding sales team and everyone across the wider Brilliant Group; their hard work, commitment and belief in what we do have been instrumental in achieving these results.”

Craig added that growth has accelerated since the UK Mortgage Convention in London, where the company’s increased visibility among brokers and lenders has led to further momentum. He said the firm expects next year’s event to bring another wave of interest in its services.

“We’re incredibly proud of the momentum we’ve built together and look forward to continuing to support our brokers and partners with the same energy, passion and focus on growth as we head into the next stage of our journey,” he said.
