Brilliant Solutions joins Quantum Mortgages’ panel

Quantum Mortgages has added both the packaging and mortgage club arm of Brilliant Solutions to its panel.

Brilliant Solutions Mortgage Club members will have access to Quantum Mortgages’ recently launched buy-to-let product range, The proposition is for individuals and limited companies who can purchase single unit properties including those in Northern Ireland, flats including high rise, new builds, studio, ex local authority & above/adjacent commercial units, MUBs, HMOs, holiday & student lets and semi commercial properties.

Quantum Mortgages says it offers “practical”, manual underwriting with no automated credit scoring,

Michael Craig (pictured), Brilliant Solutions’ sales director, said: “The addition of Quantum Mortgages to our fees-free packaging and mortgage club panel is great news for our intermediaries as it opens even more product solutions for their professional landlord clients.

“We are always looking to expand our panel to ensure we can offer the best array of products and Quantum’s specialist range certainly falls into that category.”
