Brightstar reaches Trustpilot milestone

Published on

The Brightstar Group has now achieved over 2,000 reviews on Trustpilot, across its Brightstar Financial and Sirius Property Finance brands.

The 2000th Trustpilot review was left by Richard Turnbull, an IFA from Montpellier Asset Management, who left a 5-star review for a complex bridging case he had recently completed with Brightstar Financial.

He said: “The service from Mike and Andy at Brightstar was second to none. They followed up on every piece of information and liaised with myself and the lender on a regular basis on what was quite a complex case. Great support all round and highly recommend their service which I would definitely use again.”

Brightstar Financial, which joined Trustpilot in April 2017, has received more than 1,700 reviews, maintaining an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.9 stars our of 5. Sirius Property Finance has received more than 300 Trustpilot reviews and also maintained an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.9 stars out of 5.

Rob Jupp (pictured), group CEO at The Brightstar Group, said: “Our business is built on the level of service we provide our customers and so Trustpilot is a really important feedback tool for both Brightstar Financial and Sirius as it helps us to refine and enhance the service we deliver.

“To have received so many reviews as a group and still maintained an ‘Excellent’ rating of 4.9 stars out of 5 is really amazing, and I don’t know of many businesses in any field that would be able to compete with that. It’s all down to the hard work of our fantastic team, and I’d like to thank them for their dedication and ongoing commitment to going above and beyond for our customers.”
