Brightstar creates three more departmental heads

Brightstar Financial has announced the promotions of three new department heads.

Darren Perry, Paul Debney and Jeff List will head up second charge mortgages, commercial finance and buy-to-let respectively.

They join Gina Blagden who was moved up to head of residential mortgages and William Lloyd to operations director earlier this year.

Perry joined Brightstar with 12 years industry experience in the financial services industry, having worked for London Scottish Broking, The Ideal Loan Company, Barclays Bank, Spicerhaart Financial Services and Easy Loans. 

Debney joined Brightstar in December 2015 as an experienced commercial and corporate banker, and has worked in the UK finance sector for both HSBC & National Australia Bank for over 30 years.

List joined Brightstar in July 2013 and has over 18 years’ experience in financial services having worked as an insurance broker, mortgage adviser, mortgage business development manager and most recently as a bank manager. 

Bradley Moore (pictured), managing director of Brightstar Financial, said: “It’s always great to be able to promote internally and my new divisional heads have shown they have the expertise, desire and willingness to help me in my quest to drive Brightstar on to even greater things in the second half of the year and beyond.”
