Bridging Finance Solutions boosts BDM team

Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has added short term finance specialist, Andy Morgan, to its business development team.

Morgan has 25 years’ experience within the intermediaries/broker and packager marketplace. Based in the North West, he will take on a national role focusing on the company’s core products of bridging finance and development lending.

Morgan said: “Joining the BFS team is an exciting move for me personally. I have worked in the industry for many years under various disciplines including a lender, master broker and adviser. This experience gives me a clear insight into the short term lending sector, where I can recognise the value bridging can offer and the many ways in which it can be used, as well as the challenges each party faces and how obstacles can be overcome.

“BFS is an impressive operation that has really found its niche in the market space and is making real strong headway in the sub £3m loan market as well as their more recent shift into development finance.

“I look forward to working with the team, generating added awareness and exploring new opportunities across the UK.”

Lee Gilmore, head of sales at Bridging Finance Solutions added: “Andy is an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable finance specialist. He has an excellent network of contacts and a clear understanding of how the short term lending market works.

“I’m sure he’ll prove to be a strong asset to our national team as the business continues to grow and evolve.”
