Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has appointed John Hardman has its new head of sales.

Hardman (pictured) has previously held roles with RBS, Santander and Barclays, and more recently Aldermore Bank and Bridgebank Capital in senior bridging finance sales & business development roles.

He said: I have known BFS throughout my many years working in the banking and property finance sectors.

“BFS is a long established and leading player in the short-term property market and it is testimony that the business has gone from strength to strength each year. Much of our current loan book is from repeat clients’ bridging and development finance requirements which is a huge endorsement in such a competitive market place, and I look forward to developing on this strong base.

“The company’s passion for it’s clients and introducers is matched by the experienced  team’s understanding of this market so I was honoured to be given the opportunity of driving sales forward as our business targets continued growth by assisting clients and brokers across the UK.”

Steve Barber, managing director of Bridging Finance Solutions, added: “John was ready for a fresh challenge and there is huge scope and potential at Bridging Financial Solutions to grow and develop professionally.

“We are delighted to welcome him on board in a senior role as we move onto our next stage of the companies growth.”
