Bridgewater sets up technical helpline

Published on

Bridgewater Equity Release has introduced a new technical helpline for advisers.

The home reversion specialist says the technical helpline will be manned by senior Bridgewater staff and is designed to be a ‘one stop shop’ for all enquiries regarding Bridgewater’s home reversion plans and the application process.

Advisers will also be able to use the helpline to discuss many of the legal aspects of a home reversion plan which customers may ask about, and helpline staff will also be able to support advisers with a variety of information on Bridgewater events and provide access to the range of sales aids currently available.

The technical helpline number is 0191-269 5933 and is open within normal working hours.

Peter Welch, head of sales and distribution at Bridgewater Equity Release, said: “Our research with equity release specialist advisers told us there was a need for access to technical support. We have therefore launched this dedicated helpline for advisers so they have access to the full range of Bridgewater-related information from our experienced staff who will be answering all calls. Advisers can call the helpline for all pre-sales enquiries
