Sussanne Chambers has stepped down as board director of the National Landlords Association (NLA) to avoid a conflict of interest.

She is taking up her new position as managing director of HomeXperts Ltd, a property franchise business for landlords and property professionals.

Chambers was appointed to the landlord body’s board in May 2009. Her appointment was then confirmed by election of the membership at the Annual General Meeting in November 2009.
