Bluestone Mortgages appoints Midlands key account manager

Bluestone Mortgages has announced the appointment of Chris Lamming as key account manager for the Midlands.

The specialist lender said the appointment was part of the business’ ongoing strategy to better serve intermediaries across the country.

Lamming previously served as a senior business development manager at Bluestone Mortgages, as well as broker support manager, overseeing Bluestone’s telephony-based broker support team.

In his new role, he will be responsible for Bluestone’s key broker relationships and distribution in the Midlands region.

Lamming said: “I’m excited to get stuck into my new role and to build relationships with our key accounts. I’m looking forward to drawing on my support team experience to expand Bluestone’s proposition and to help more disenfranchised customers take their first or next steps onto the property ladder.”

Reece Beddall, sales & marketing director at Bluestone Mortgages, added: “Chris’ promotion is testament to our ongoing commitment to better support intermediaries and their customers to achieve their homeownership dreams.

“Over the last few years, Chris has been a key figure in providing support to brokers and he brings to his new role a wealth of experience which will allow us to continue to expand our proposition and provide financial assistance to a growing number of ‘non-vanilla’ customers.”
