Specialist lender Blemain Group says it received an enthusiastic welcome from brokers at a series of roadshows it has hosted across the country this year.

Various members of the Sales Team hit the road to increase awareness of the Group’s range of products, highlight the ongoing process of enhancements to the range, educate intermediaries in new market places and to understand broker’s opinions as to how its products could be improved further.

The main aim for these events was to increase the Group’s distribution of products offered by Blemain Finance, Cheshire Mortgage, Lancashire Mortgage and auction finance 4 brokers lending arms. Blemain Group has ambitious plans for 2014 and aims to double lending by the end of the year.

Nicholas Jones, national sales manager at Blemain Group, said: “The events were a great chance for us to meet a lot of new faces.

“We were very keen to speak with brokers about the different market places that we operate in, what products we have available and why it is so important for them to consider alternative options for their customers.

“There was a lot of interest in our commercial and bridging products in particular.”

The round-table events also aimed to explain Blemain Group’s range to brokers, including second charge, secured loans and bridging finance.

Product innovations announced this year have included the launch of its lowest ever rate loan and reduced rates and increased LTVs on larger loans up to £500,000.

Jones added: “We are in our 40th anniversary year, making us one of the most-experienced specialist lenders in the UK.

“We are marking this milestone at a particularly exciting time for Blemain Group and our broker partners as the market continues to show strong growth.

“We believe that working closely with our brokers is the best way to ensure that they are able to provide the best solutions for their customers in this fast-moving property market.”
