Blazehill Capital completes senior credit facility with HTB

Blazehill Capital, a fund providing financing solutions to mid-market businesses, has completed a milestone senior credit facility in partnership with Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB).

The facility marks an important strategic milestone in the team’s journey to £1bn in assets under management and the new partnership with HTB will allow Blazehill Capital to offer enhanced flexibility to the UK mid-market.

Blazehill provides supportive capital to companies requiring new or additional financial support, which they cannot necessarily access from traditional funding sources. It covers a range of financial transactions including acquisitions, growth capital, refinancings and recapitalisations.

Browne Jacobson advised Blazehill Capital on the transaction, with Deloitte Fund Finance providing Debt Advisory services and Macfarlanes providing Tax Structuring.
